Intense Group

Podsumowanie
System design for a complex IT system.
Intense is a technology company developing a platform for managing processes, documents and infrastructure in large organizations. The problem was that the brand grew productively over the years, but visually and communicatively stopped over time. There was a logo, there were materials, there was a website — but there was no system and order. This is definitely a task for us.
We started with strategy and positioning. The market where Intense operates is full of brands that look the same: ERP, BPM, workflow, automation, low-code. What was needed was a phrase that conveyed the meaning of this brand in a simple way. This is how the slogan was created:
Your needs lead. The system follows.
A password that says it all — technology is meant to match the user, not the other way around
We retained the identification color by overclocking and saturating it. We designed a new application logo, showing the digital character of the brand. We have also developed extended color palettes prepared for the application and web, a set of typefaces to work in interfaces and presentations, and a set of shapes and modules that can be arranged in different configurations without losing consistency.
Thanks to this, the brand works equally well in the product, in the sales, in the documentation, on the website and in the fair materials.
A big part of the project was the implementation of the system in real materials. New templates of presentations, offers, company documents, protocols, forms, case studies, brochures, manuals, sales materials and templates for the daily work of the team were created.
We have also developed a website — from the concept, through UX to the complete GUI design.
The most important thing in this project was for branding to behave like a platform — flexible, scalable, organized.
